What is the return/exchange policy?
- Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of errors made by Ollie & the Bass, such as misspelling a name provided correctly by the customer.
- Please kindly inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us right away by emailing us at ollieandthebass@gmail.com. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We are eager to evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
- Oliver and the Bass is not responsible for any rips, holes, tears, or similar issues due to manufacturer defects after 7 days of receiving your products.
What is your shipping policy?
- The standard USPS shipping rate is a flat $6 per order.

- If your address changes before shipping, please contact immediately us at ollieandthebass@gmail.com to update it. Should your package be returned or lost because it was sent to the old address, you will need to cover any additional shipping fees.

What is sublimation printing?
Sublimation printing is a digital printing process that uses heat, pressure, and time to transfer dye onto different materials.
What is the care for sublimation?
Spot treat any stains like you normally would—bleach, peroxide, blue Dawn, Messy Mouth, whatever works for you. Flip the item inside out before tossing it in the wash. Use cold water on a gentle cycle, and then just hang it up to dry.
